Role description
This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBay. Job Purpose The Senior Campaign Manager will play a key role in owning the execution of marketing strategies, focusing on operational excellence and tactical implementation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager, ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities • AI-Driven Campaign Implementation Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns that utilise AI technologies to personalise customer interactions, ensuring effective engagement and satisfaction. • Support in Data Analytics and Experimentation: Contribute to the implementation of data analytics and strategic experimentation to provide insights that inform the refinement of marketing strategies. • Process Improvement Assistance: Aid in process optimisation initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of marketing programmes and fostering a culture of innovation. • Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams: Facilitate coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives. • Campaign Management Expertise Contribution: Offer campaign management insights to the Senior Marketing Manager when developing new strategies and processes, providing operational examples to enhance processes and technologies. • Campaign Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis of campaigns and provide actionable insights to inform ongoing optimisation efforts. • Day-to-Day Stakeholder Engagement: Manage day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders within the campaign execution process. • Assistance in Leadership Presentation Preparation: Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in preparing and presenting performance updates to senior leadership. What We Are Looking For • Extensive experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced environment. • Experience in operational digital marketing and CRM. • Strong understanding of e-commerce and customer engagement strategies.Strong organisational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights. • Familiarity with CRM tools and operational marketing strategies. • Ability to work effectively under guidance and independently as needed. • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach. • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
