THE COMPANY
A well-known consumer brand is looking for a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge on performance marketing and CRM strategy. With a newly restructured marketing team, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape how digital channels and customer engagement work together to drive growth.
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of digital performance and CRM, leading a talented team and working closely with brand, product, and content specialists. Your remit spans strategy and delivery – ensuring paid channels, social, email, and content are aligned, data-driven, and optimised for ROI.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Develop and lead the performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, display, SEO, and affiliates
• Oversee CRM strategy to drive retention, engagement, and loyalty, leveraging first-party data for targeted, personalised campaigns
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team covering CRM, social, content, and digital marketing
• Partner with agencies to deliver best-in-class paid campaigns and performance optimisation
• Use customer data and analytics to refine strategy, improve targeting, and measure ROI
• Align campaigns and messaging across all channels for a seamless customer journey
• Work closely with tech teams on MarTech stack evolution and improved cross-channel integration
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in both CRM and performance marketing – ideally in a high-volume consumer environment
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team
• Data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights to inform marketing strategy
• Comfortable with MarTech tools (SFMC, Tealium, GA4, CDPs) – deep expertise not essential but must be confident using data to drive results
• Skilled in agency management and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery where needed
BENEFITS
• Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working – 2 days a week in Waterloo (Thursday plus one other day)
• Opportunity to lead a major digital marketing transformation with a high-profile consumer brand
