Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager Location: London Salary: Up to £65,000 A major consumer-facing brand is investing heavily in its digital capabilities—and is now hiring a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to lead on performance marketing, CRM strategy, and content across its digital channels. This is a commercially focused, data-led role that will drive both acquisition and retention. You’ll sit at the intersection of digital, customer data, and content—overseeing paid media, lifecycle campaigns, web experience, and social media. It’s an opportunity to shape how the business engages its customers across every digital touchpoint, with a clear focus on ROI and customer value. The Role: You’ll lead a cross-functional team covering CRM, digital media, and content—ensuring activity is insight-driven, well-optimised, and delivering against growth goals. It's a role for someone equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute it. Key responsibilities: • Lead performance marketing across PPC, SEO, paid social, and display—optimising spend and improving ROI • Own and execute a full CRM strategy, including automation, segmentation, and lifecycle planning • Develop and deliver a cohesive content strategy across web and social channels • Use customer insights and analytics to inform campaigns, targeting, and messaging • Manage digital media budgets, reporting, and attribution models to support commercial goals • Work cross-functionally with product, retail, and data teams to optimise digital journeys • Champion a test-and-learn culture across all activity • Manage agency relationships and influence internal stakeholders with data-backed strategies • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team with a strong focus on performance and collaboration Your Skills and Experience: • Proven experience leading CRM, performance marketing, and digital content at scale • People Management experience • Strong track record driving measurable growth across multiple channels • Skilled in tools such as GA4, CRM platforms, and CDPs • Confident using first-party data to build audience segments and lifecycle plans • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience managing agencies and internal teams • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail • Background in high-volume, B2C environments preferred
