Join a fast-growing retention agency with a specialist focus on CRM and email marketing. With a team of 11, they exclusively partner with leading D2C ecommerce brands, working hands-on with Klaviyo and Shopify. As a Klaviyo Platinum Master Partner, they’re trusted by ambitious brands to take their retention strategies to the next level.
The Role
You’ll oversee a team of 3 CRM specialists, act as the go-to expert for lifecycle strategy, and directly shape CRM activity across 20+ client accounts. You’ll own CRM KPIs, lead on campaign optimisation and testing, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver cutting-edge retention marketing.
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 CRM specialists.
• Act as the strategic lead across multiple ecommerce client accounts.
• Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing strategies within Klaviyo.
• Own CRM performance metrics and client reporting.
• Partner with internal creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Requirements
• Strong background in CRM strategy with hands-on Klaviyo expertise.
• Ecommerce and Shopify experience is a must.
• Proven leadership experience (managing at least one direct report).
• Previous agency experience or time spent in a high-growth D2C brand.
• Confident balancing client strategy with team leadership.
