Senior Customer Success Manager - SaaS Ecommerce / Marketing Tech / CRO
Up to $170k base + OTE
Remote role but ideally you'll be based in Texas or New York
β’ You must have experience in a CSM/AM role at a SaaS marketing tech company to be considered for this role
The Company
This European company are looking to continue to expand their successful USA launch.
The product is adds actual real ROI helping brands companies sell more products online β itβs a need to have technology.
They are more stable than most tech companies in the market and growing steadily this year!
Exciting Bits
β’ European origin scale up company with a presence across the US and the UK
β’ Going to hit target this year and in a strong position for next year
β’ Remote role (ideally they'll want someone in New York or Texas)
β’ Youβll be speaking with senior people at well known US household enterprise organisation
The Role
β’ This is an enterprise CSM role retaining and growing your BoB
β’ 2-3m BoB across 15 enterprise accounts
Requirements
β’ You must have recent experience in a CSM or AM role at a SaaS marketing tech vendor (1+ years minimum but ideally closer to 2-3 years experience ) - think along the lines of CRO, on site personalisation , social proofing, multi-channel marketing, CX, UX/UI ect
β’ You must have plenty of experience dealing with US ecommerce companies ideally at enterprise level like Staples, Macys or Adidas ect
β’ Based in and have the right to work in the USA
