Our Customer Success team plays a pivotal role in helping clients get measurable value from our platform and hit their content and marketing goals across paid, owned, and e-commerce channels. About the Role It’s an exciting time to join Cohley’s Customer Success team. As a CSM, you’ll manage relationships with innovative brands like Harry's, Campbell's, Shiseido, Bose, Samsonite, and more—helping them achieve their goals through UGC campaigns, influencer activations, and e-commerce content strategies. You’ll act as a strategic partner to your clients, using Cohley to support PDP optimization, retail marketing initiatives, social-first content pipelines, and full-funnel performance improvements. This role blends account management, consultative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration—all with the autonomy to think creatively and drive impact. Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, driving 100%+ NRR through renewals and strategic growth • Act as a trusted advisor—guiding clients on creator, influencer, and UGC content strategies that support brand awareness, PDP conversion, and performance marketing • Identify and lead upsell opportunities across business units, channels, and brands • Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal, including strategic business reviews • Analyze content performance and translate insights into actionable ROI stories • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience • Build scalable customer-facing resources to drive adoption and long-term value • Stay up to date on industry trends across social media, retail media, and creator marketing • Travel 2–3 times per quarter for client meetings and company offsites What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of client-facing experience (Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategy), ideally in SaaS, digital marketing, or content tech • Track record of exceeding retention and expansion goals within a revenue-owning CS org • Strong understanding of the influencer/UGC space, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and content performance analytics • Experience supporting content for PDPs, retail marketing, or e-commerce strategy • Confidence leading conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders • Proactive, highly organized, and energized by ambiguity and problem-solving • Passionate about growth-stage environments and collaborative teams Bonus Points For • Experience with Planhat or similar CS platforms • Background working with Fortune 500 clients • Familiarity with creator sourcing, campaign briefing, and content testing • Demonstrated ability to build or improve internal processes Why Cohley? • Remote-first culture – work from wherever you’re most productive • Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful input into company growth • Collaborative, curious, fast-moving team • Competitive salary + equity • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401K with company match • Unlimited PTO • Quarterly team offsites across the U.S.
