Role description
Go High Level & Marketing Automation Specialist
(Remote
• Contract-to-Hire)
Turn complex funnels into friction-free revenue streams—and dream up the next big campaign while you’re at it.
Canopy Management—the performance-based Amazon, Walmart & TikTok agency ranked America’s fastest-growing three years running—is hunting for an A-player who can make Go High Level (GHL) sing and thinks like a full-stack marketer. If you get a thrill from wiring systems together, mapping customer journeys, and pitching fresh offers the team can’t wait to launch, keep reading.
What You’ll Own
Build & Optimize GHL – Spin up accounts, pipelines, dashboards; craft automations that turn strangers into scheduled calls while you sleep.
Integrate Everything – Zapier, webhooks, APIs, calendars, email, SMS—if it talks, you’ll make it talk to GHL.
Launch & Level-Up Funnels – Design landing pages, forms, and follow-ups that convert on day one—then A/B test them to crush day two.
Innovate Offers & Campaigns – Partner with marketing to brainstorm irresistible hooks, upsells, and nurture sequences that keep revenue climbing.
Troubleshoot & Tune – Hunt down bottlenecks, squash bugs, and keep data flowing like a busted fire hydrant (in the best way).
Train the Crew – Translate “tech-speak” into plain English so sales, marketing, and ops can run with your automations.
What Makes You a Fit
2+ years living inside GHL (or you secretly dream in green and purple).
Fluent in funnel theory—AIDA, CVO, customer journeys, the whole nine yards.
Proven record of building campaigns that don’t just look pretty—they print money.
Comfortable ideating new offers, hooks, and email/SMS sequences from scratch.
APIs, webhooks, and Zapier feel like second nature.
Clear communicator who juggles multiple projects without dropping deadlines.
Bonus points for e-commerce, SaaS, or agency chops—and for mentoring others along the way.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Fully remote & flexible – Work where you’re most productive.
Unlimited PTO – Recharge when you need it—no guilt, no tally marks.
High-impact work – Your automations touch millions in managed revenue.
Growth path – Nail the contract and we’ll talk full-time, leadership, and beyond.
People first – We invest heavily in our team so the humans (not the machines) always win.
Ready to own the GHL console and shape our next killer campaign?
Send us something that proves you’re the person for the job—a Loom walkthrough of a funnel you built, a before/after metrics screenshot, or a quick note outlining your proudest automation + marketing win. We’ll review every submission personally.
Canopy Management is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for every teammate.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
Benefits:
