About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Designer to lead the creative evolution of our brand and ensure every asset we produce, whether it’s a Meta/Google ad, Amazon listing, landing page, Shopify page, email, tradeshow booth, or product insert, is clear, impactful and on-brand. This role combines big-picture brand leadership with hands-on creative execution. You will guide the visual and messaging direction for all campaigns, manage a small internal creative team, collaborate with freelancers and agencies and integrate AI-assisted tools to scale creative output.
This is a Full-Time remote role that will start as a Part-Time position for the first 1-3 months.
We are looking for a Senior Designer specifically with these requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a Design role, specifically tied to paid, organic, print, packaging and event channels.
• Experience and understanding of all the regulations within DTC telehealth, wellness supplements or medical devices industry is needed.
• Proven experience leading creative strategy and rebranding efforts, that drives measurable business results.
• Confident decision-maker who can balance creative vision with performance data, with the understanding of ‘what sells’ at the end of the day.
• Motivated by delivering creative that directly contributes to revenue growth and brand success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a small creative team while being fully hands-on.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly across creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Quick to learn existing brand guidelines, processes, and workflows, then improve and make them your own.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• AI-driven and not afraid to use AI tools effectively.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
• Lead creative direction and execution across both online and offline channels - full funnel marketing campaigns, landing pages, paid ads, email marketing and offline collateral..
• Create the strategy behind and do the hands on design of high-impact assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, email marketing and offline/event collateral.
• Manage and mentor a small in-house creative team, as well as freelancers and agency partners.
• Collaborate with growth, media buying, and product teams to ensure creative aligns with performance goals.
• Work within company systems and practices (Project management tools, asset libraries, brand guidelines and feedback loops).
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve creative ideation, scalability and speed.
• Provide regular feedback on what’s working and what’s not, contributing to overall marketing and creative strategy.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative to suit different platforms and audiences.
