We’re looking for a Senior Digital Content Manager with a background in fashion, home, or lifestyle brand experience. You will own and elevate content strategy across digital touchpoints—from homepage to PDPs—crafting experiences that engage, inspire, and convert. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller with a sharp editorial eye, deep e-commerce UX expertise, and a data-driven approach.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the content vision and execution for all owned site experiences—homepage, landing pages, PDPs, and beyond.
• Design high-performing, personalized content that enhances the customer journey, boosts engagement, and drives conversion.
• Manage and evolve a content calendar aligned with merchandising, marketing, and product launch plans.
• Collaborate with Technology, Marketing, UX, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand experiences.
• Optimize on-site copy and creative to improve engagement, reduce bounce rate, and increase revenue.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all site content.
• Leverage analytics, SEO insights, and A/B testing to refine and evolve strategy.
• Integrate personalization and dynamic content modules for tailored customer experiences.
• Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, UX best practices, and competitor innovations.
