We’re looking for a commercially astute insights leader to join our team as Senior Digital E-commerce Insights Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the analytical co-pilot to the Head of Online—delivering a unified commercial view across Amazon, Zalando, and DTC channels. You’ll transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive weekly trading decisions and long-term growth. You’ll fuse internal P&L, media performance, and external consumer/sell-out data to guide our omnichannel portfolio strategy. From optimising SKU and price-pack mix to informing launch and retire decisions, you’ll play a critical role in maximising total revenue and margin across channels—without cannibalisation. This role also serves as the analytical hub for the entire Online team, supporting cross-functional initiatives and enabling smarter, faster decision-making. Key Responsibilities Unified Data & KPI governance • Building and owning a consolidated data layer and KPI dictionary spanning across channels (AMZ, Zalando, DTC) covering data including paid media, retail data, finance and market-shares • Set data quality SLAs, taxonomies and naming conventions; partner with IT/BI and DTC Trading Manager on pipelines • Enable channel teams to self-serve deep dives while protecting “one version of the truth.” Insight Generation & Commercial Storytelling • Delivery of weekly Online Trade Insights packs: outlining drivers, risks, opportunities and clear strategies to action • Diagnose mix/price effects, promo efficiency, media-commerce interactions, cannibalisation across channels. Forecasting and Scenario Modelling • Support ongoing top-down and bottom-up forecasting by channel and key account, focusing on volume, revenue, and margin performance. • Develop dynamic what-if models to forecast performance across major commercial events (e.g., Prime Day, BFCM, product drops), accounting for inventory constraints and shifts in media spend. Strategic Partnering & Decision Support: • Collaborate with the Head of Online to shape channel strategy and develop business cases for expansion into new markets and platforms. • Conduct competitive benchmarking using external data sources to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Experimentation & Incrementality • Design and interpret experiments in collaboration with Paid Media and Trading teams, testing promo mechanics, PDP enhancements, and media mix strategies. • Lead development of marketing mix models (MMM), geo-tests, and holdout experiments to measure incrementality and share actionable insights across the Online organization. • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring AI as a tool for experimentation and performance amplification. 🗝Skills needed to be successful in this role: • 6-9 Years eCommerce/online analytics, commercial finance, or performance marketing analytics (marketplace + DTC exposure). • Advanced BI skills and GA4/Shopify Plus analytics. • Hands-on with Amazon Vendor/Retail Analytics, Zalando Partner Data Hub, media platform APIs; comfortable joining disparate data sets. • Strong financial/commercial literacy: P&L drivers, margin math, TACOS/ROAS, elasticity. • Proven ability to turn analysis into crisp narratives and influence senior stakeholders. • Authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis • Fluent in English • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands!
