Role: Senior Photographer THG Studios We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative and Production Agency. Role We're seeking a talented and passionate Senior Photographer to join our team at THG Studios. With a versatile portfolio and a particularly strong focus on fashion photography. Your ability to bring creativity and a unique vision to each project will be key in driving our clients visual narrative. With your experience and expertise, you will demonstrate the ability to create impactful and innovative visuals that resonate with our audience. This role is based on site at our Manchester Studio, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute fashion campaigns, working with stylists, art directors, and models to deliver elevated editorial content. • Balance high volume ecommerce shooting with creative campaign work, maintaining excellence and consistency across all outputs. • Contribute to room set and still life product campaigns, supporting multi category creative output across fashion, homeware, and lifestyle brands • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop ideas and concepts for campaigns. • Shoot both in studio and location environments, adapting as necessary. • Mentor junior photographers and provide guidance to elevate the overall quality of the team's work. • Stay informed about the latest trends and photography techniques to keep our visuals fresh and engaging. Skills & Experience • 5+ years experience in commercial photography with a strong emphasis on fashion, supported by a compelling portfolio. • Previous experience shooting fashion campaigns and still life campaigns for integrated brand marketing is highly desirable. • Versatility to work across fashion, lifestyle, and homeware sectors is a bonus. • Exceptional ability to direct models and create dynamic compositions. • Proficiency in CaptureOne Software and the use of Canon cameras and lenses. • Excellent knowledge of studio lighting equipment (e.g. Broncolor, Profoto, Aputure). • Basic familiarity with Photoshop and Bridge. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas. • Passion for photography and a deep understanding of the industry. • Working knowledge of Creative Force Kelvin App would be an advantage THG Ingenuity is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
