This key role offers an experienced digital marketing expert the opportunity to build and lead the digital marketing strategy for JobAdder globally. Reporting into the Global Head of Growth Marketing, be part of a team of high-performance marketers working together to build the JobAdder brand and deliver on a go-to-market strategy aimed at growth.
The Digital Marketing Manager's role is to define the strategy and manage the execution of tactics across our digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display. You will leverage your experience and expertise to implement a digital strategy that delivers ROI back to the business. Over time you will develop a strong team of specialists to support in the execution through agencies, contracts, and/or internal staff.
Day-to-day you will run constant, iterative data-driven tests throughout the sales and marketing funnel to help attract, engage and convert prospects into customers. You will continuously analyse market trends and new media tactics that you will leverage in your campaigns. In addition, you will understand and influence the design of lead flow, pipeline generation, and marketing automation that will maximise the impact of all campaigns.
The Role
β’ Ownership and management of our monthly performance budget, to drive a positive ROAS across all digital channels.
β’ Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance and optimisation across digital channels to improve lead quality and conversion. Providing regular recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing.
β’ Develop and execute paid search (Google & Bing) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit) & affiliate (Garnter) marketing strategies in a B2B context
β’ Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad assets.
β’ Create compelling ad copy that generates high-quality leads
β’ Help troubleshoot any conversion-tracking issues
β’ Dig deep into data, run tests, and explore new tactics, tools and channels to continually unlock new opportunities and drive results.
β’ Own weekly top-line and monthly deep dive into key performance data, insights, actionable recommendations and initiatives back to the marketing team, leadership team and broader business.
β’ Collaborate with regional marketing leads to assist in maximising regionally-specific opportunities
β’ Keep up to date with competitor and industry moves and identify strategic opportunities to counter competitive threats
What you'll have
β’ Proven experience (6+ years) in managing paid search campaigns.
β’ Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid social campaigns.
β’ Effectively managed and optimised ad budgets of 6-7 figures annually.
β’ Understand B2B Software sales and marketing metrics
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business problems, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
β’ Extensive experience in developing, optimising, analysing, and reporting on paid campaigns across paid platforms.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-impact ad copy and effectively communicate campaign performance
β’ Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player to achieve goals
β’ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
β’ Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas for ad campaigns
β’ Deep experience with Google Analytics.
