Role description
Are you a digital commerce trailblazer ready to lead at scale? Wella Company is seeking a Senior Director of US eCommerce to own and elevate our entire digital ecosystem—from Amazon and retailer.com to DTC brand sites and our professional B2B platform. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the US General Manager, with full P&L ownership and a team of 18. You’ll shape omni-channel strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead cross-functional excellence across content, CRM, digital merchandising, and performance marketing. NOTE: We are a hybrid organization. This role can be based in our Calabasas, CA or NYC office. What You’ll Do • Lead the US eCommerce vision across Amazon (1P), Ulta, Target, SalonCentric, DTC, and B2B platforms. • Drive performance: Set channel-specific targets, manage forecasts, and optimize inventory and margin. • Own Amazon growth: From vendor negotiations to media strategy (DSP, search, display), you’ll make Amazon a flagship channel. • Elevate omnichannel execution: Partner with retailers to enhance the digital shelf and align with in-store strategies. • Accelerate DTC & CRM: Oversee site experience, conversion, and lifecycle marketing to boost LTV. • Inspire and scale: Lead a high-performing team with a data-driven, results-first mindset. What You Bring • 10+ years in eCommerce with deep Amazon and digital retail expertise. • Proven success managing large P&Ls ($50M+) and scaling revenue. • Strong leadership across digital disciplines—content, CRM, media, and more. • Analytical rigor and a bias for action. • Executive presence and C-level influencing skills. • Experience in beauty, CPG, or fast-paced consumer industries is a strong plus. Pay Range: $225,000-280,000K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees.
