Role description
Company Overview
For over 30 years, Laneige has been rooted in cutting-edge Korean skincare science and innovation. Today, the brand is experiencing unprecedented global momentum—particularly in Western markets, where demand for efficacious, science-driven skincare continues to surge.
As North America and key Western regions emerge as the second core of Laneige’s global business, the need to build local expertise and cultural relevance has never been greater. To support this next phase of growth, the LA HQ team was established to strengthen Western capabilities and deepen collaboration with Seoul HQ and global regional teams.
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Director/VP of Global 360 Consumer & Brand Activation to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and fuel business growth across all touchpoints and channels.
This role will be based in Los Angeles, with direct reports split between the LA and Seoul Brand Activation teams. While collaborating closely with the Seoul team, this position will primarily focus on leading global campaign initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across markets—particularly with an emphasis on Western market relevance and global scalability.
You will lead all major consumer-facing campaigns, new product launch activations, digital marketing, media, and CRM initiatives, while partnering cross-functionally with Global Product, Creative, Insights, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesion and impact.
While grounded in the beauty industry, the ideal candidate brings a modern, culturally relevant marketing mindset, informed by experience across fashion, tech, lifestyle, or CPG, and a sharp understanding of today’s multi-platform consumer behavior.
