What You’ll Do
You will be the external and internal face of measurement science at WorkMagic—translating complex methodologies into high-impact client narratives, building trusted partnerships with executives, and guiding our most sophisticated clients toward better decisions.
Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Advisory
• Lead high-stakes conversations with CMOs, Heads of Growth, and Data leaders at top brands and agencies
• Own the measurement narrative across our most strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor on incrementality, attribution, MMM, and causal inference
• Partner with customer success and sales to drive retention, upsell, and long-term value realization
Product & Methodology Leadership
• Influence the roadmap by bringing client needs and frontier measurement questions back into product and R&D
• Shape and refine our attribution and incrementality models—ensure rigor, clarity, and usability
• Contribute to our public voice by producing thought leadership content, case studies, and speaking at industry events
Partnerships & Ecosystem Influence
• Engage with platforms partners on joint measurement opportunities
• Represent WorkMagic in cross-platform initiatives and working groups
Who You Are
• Deep experience (5+ years) in marketing science, measurement, or growth strategy at a platform (Meta, Google, Amazon), top-tier agency, or analytics-forward brand
• Advanced knowledge of attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, and digital media ecosystem
• Executive-level presence and outstanding communication skills—able to simplify the complex
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering insights
• Track record of driving impact through both analytical rigor and client empathy
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the e-commerce or DTC industry is a plus
