Position Overview Own the strategy, infrastructure, and performance of our Shopify Plus store. Bridge technical operations and business growth to drive revenue, conversion, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Technical Platform Management • Lead all aspects of our e-commerce platform — theme architecture, app ecosystem, integrations, and infrastructure • Manage development partners, agencies, and internal resources • Oversee QA processes and ensure tested launches Conversion Optimization & Cross-Functional Leadership • Manage testing frameworks (A/B tests, landing pages) to improve CVR, AOV and channel performance • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on initiatives • Analyze analytics to develop actionable improvement strategies • Optimize checkout flow, product pages, and customer journeys • Bridge technical and business teams — translate strategy into features • Partner with operations and customer support for seamless integration Tech Stack Management • Own and optimize the complete technology stack • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve functionality, security, and performance • Manage vendor relationships and control technology costs • Ensure site security protocols and privacy policy compliance • Prioritize tech initiatives based on ROI and business impact Key Performance Indicators • Conversion Rate (site-wide and by channel) • Site Performance (speed, checkout completion)  Required Qualifications • 5+ years e-commerce management experience with required Shopify Plus expertise • Deep understanding of enterprise e-commerce functionality • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing • Technical fluency to work with developers and evaluate platforms • Track record of driving measurable improvements Why This Role Matters Optimize our online store as a strategic growth engine by implementing rigorous testing frameworks, driving measurable revenue gains, and providing centralized ownership from idea to impact.
