About the job:
As our Sr. Ecommerce Manager, you will own and scale Centr's direct-to-consumer and B2B eCommerce business for fitness equipment. You'll lead our direct-to-consumer strategy, starting with our U.S. Shopify site and expanding globally alongside our Operations team. This role sits at the center of operations and growth, with direct accountability for doubling contribution dollars across Shopify and Amazon.
You’ll lead day-to-day operations, partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Finance, and drive strategic initiatives including international expansion and channel optimization. Ultimately creating high-converting digital experiences that don't just sell equipment, but communicate how our physical products seamlessly connect with the Centr App to deliver transformative results and help customers build lasting strength, for life.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and knows how to get results across legacy systems, agency partnerships, and modern tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Site leadership that converts. Own and double eCommerce contribution dollars through operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives.
• DTC Merchandising and Operational Strategy. As our inhouse Shopify expert, lead day-to-day operations and execution to enhance customer experience and drive revenue, with a focus on AOV, CVR, and partnering with Growth Marketing on ROAS.|
• Drive conversion with speed to scale. Partner with CRO and CRM leads to drive merchandising calendars, price testing, email flows, and customer review strategies to unlock growth.
• Lead international expansion. Collaborate with our international operations and sales team to develop and launch the international eCom strategy. You'll help solve the puzzle of getting products to customers quickly and cost-effectively. Develop launch playbooks, coordinate with local distributors and 3PLs, and ensure regional compliance and fulfillment.
• B2B eCommerce strategy. Oversee and improve the B2B eCommerce experience in partnership with the Sales team.
• Inventory planning. Work closely with Ops and NetSuite contractors to plan inventory and ensure supply readiness across channels.
• Cross-functional partnership. Work seamlessly with marketing, analytics, product, and operations teams to develop and execute promotions, product launches, and channel-specific campaigns.
• Data-driven optimization. Use analytics, heatmapping, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. Turn insights into action plans that drive measurable improvements in conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and revenue growth.
• Amazon agency management. Manage Amazon agency to exceed revenue and margin targets, optimize listings, and drive the strategic channel roadmap.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Shopify-based DTC eCommerce, with full ownership of both operations and growth levers
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• 5+ years managing hybrid DTC + B2B eCommerce models
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling international eCommerce (playbooks, compliance, logistics)
• Proven cross-functional operator, able to bridge creative, ops, tech, and finance partners
• Deep experience across Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and Amazon Seller Central
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into decisions
• Clear communicator, highly organized, comfortable navigating (and updating) legacy systems and modern tech stacks
