About The Team And The Role
The SFM team is responsible for the execution and delivery of all supplier media hosted onsite. We act as mediators, balancing the needs of the business alongside the requirements of the suppliers whilst always ensuring the customer is at the heart of all that we do. We deliver a vast volume of media, whilst never compromising on quality to ensure the customer enjoys a rich and rewarding experience every time. As an Ecommerce Senior Executive, you will play a key role in managing and ensuring delivery of the day to day execution of onsite media through your own delivery and that of your team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns on time, following Ocado.com
What You’ll Do
• Design and build Shop-in-shops and Events.
• Manage the customer experience through creatives, working alongside the content manager to align on content plans.
• Onboard and Share up-to-date application guides and templates with all suppliers.
• Update guidelines and supporting content for internal and external parties where required.
• Correct or feedback to suppliers as required.
• Code HTML banners where required.
• Liaise and collaborate with Trading Managers and Assistants to ensure promos are correct, and checked on time.
• Liaise with the Merchandising team to deliver completed assets on time. .
• Proactively communicate workload status to business partners.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
• Brief suppliers
• Optimise and upload banners on CMS platforms.
• Map categories, understanding the taxonomy of the website.
• Using data tools to provide insights into customer experience and develop action plans to increase visibility and performance.
Who You Are
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent Project Management, ability to own stream from start to finish. Making sure to hit deadlines efficiently.
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adobe CC – Photoshop

• MS Excel
• Experience in HTML
