Role description
SUMMARY: The Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager at Jordan’s Skinny Mixes executes sales & digital marketing strategies focused on JSM’s DTC business. In this role, you will plan, develop, and implement DTC marketing and sales strategies, overseeing our website, creating digital activation initiatives, owning site content, SEO, and working together with Paid Media lead to grow JSM’s DTC presence. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: • Develop and deploy short, mid, and long term strategies for JSM’s Direct-To-Consumer business to hit financial targets, accelerate growth and retain existing Skinny Mixes consumers. • Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, promotion, and product based on data insights. • Focus on retention & engagement optimization including loyalty, CRM, affiliate, referral, etc. • Implement and execute Direct-To-Consumer strategy and best practices. • Live in the data day-to-day, optimizing in an always-on fashion – analyzing & testing against key metrics AOV, CVR, Website Analytics, A/B Tests, etc. • Establish a common framework for measuring and reporting weekly on the effectiveness of initiatives and provide solutions to improve & optimize strategies. • Develop test and learn innovation plans to continuously drive the business forward. • Manage partnership with Shopify Agency, directing them and leading day-to-day engagements to drive the business forward. • Manage paid media agency & strategy to support evergreen media, product launches, acquire new customers, and build broad awareness • Manage DTC marketing budget and calendar in partnership with cross functional team meet growth plans. • Develop and implement holistic conversion campaigns and marketing strategies across multiple channels that include onsite and offsite traffic drivers to deliver upon key KPIs (includes search, paid social, CRM, influencers and acquisition emails). • Develop and own the process for flawless execution and manage site optimization for JSMs DTC site, including SEO, rankings, ratings and reviews, product information (creation and maintenance), order/hierarchy of products, digital & packaging assets, copywriting, edits and photo coordination etc. • Support new product launch and go-to-market plans in partnership with the marketing team. • Constantly review, monitor, and analyze consumer behavior to drive recommendations and suggestions for related e-Commerce platforms. • Foster a creative, positive and collaborative work environment. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • 5-7 years of experience in ecommerce marketing or relevant experience with 4+ years leading a DTC brand. • Ecommerce and performance marketing mindset with deep understanding of how to leverage marketing tactics that target shoppers throughout the funnel to drive conversion. • Proficient with Shopify, Klayvio, GA4, Meta, Google, & TikTok Ads Platforms. • Hands-on experience leading e-Commerce marketing programs across digital channels and strong working knowledge of digital marketing efforts (display, search, email, social, mobile, SEM/SEO, Audience Testing and Web Analytics). • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners. • Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and prioritize work with a sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen ability to clearly convey information to consumers and colleagues. • A history of leading by example, taking initiative to create or enhance processes, and building strong foundations with your coworkers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent. NICE TO HAVES: • Prior managerial experience preferred. • Prior experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG). • Prior background working with Private Equity or Venture Capital investor-backed companies. STATUS: Full-time, exempt LOCATION: Our ideal candidate is located in Clearwater, Florida and can work on a hybrid schedule.
