Senior Email Marketing Manager - TITLE and LEVEL flexible
Remote US OR Canada β Full Time
This role requires hands on experience creating, managing and optimizing email marketing for a DTC ecommerce company. You will be bringing this function in-house from an agency.
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company in the consumer health and wellness space, is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute their email marketing strategy from concept to send.
In this role, you will oversee the full email creation process - writing compelling, action-driving content, ensuring brand alignment, and deploying campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers. Youβll work cross-functionally with creative, brand, community, data, and growth teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, using a test-and-learn approach to continually optimize performance and exceed KPIs.
This position is perfect for a detail-oriented, creative marketer with a passion for driving measurable results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Own the creative production process: from briefs and planning to scheduling and deployment
β’ Keep brand content calendars up to date and organized
β’ Collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned
β’ Use testing, segmentation, classification, and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement and nurture leads
β’ Stay on top of trends and adapt strategies based on customer behavior
β’ Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Requirements
β’ 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience in eCommerce/DTC/telehealth/supplements
β’ Strong creative sensibility with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proven experience creating and executing digital campaigns with attention to best practices
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize with urgency
β’ Experience with ESP Klaviyo is a plus
