We’re looking for a Senior Growth Associate who wants to go beyond traditional performance marketing. Someone who thinks about virality before spending, deeply understands how to make something stick and can help us scale our impact together. Role Overview: As a Senior Growth Associate, you will be a key driver of our user acquisition and engagement strategy, with a special focus on viral growth, community traction and brand visibility among GenZ and millennial audiences. You’ll work closely with leadership to shape our growth roadmap, execute high-impact campaigns, and help define the future of ethical ecommerce. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with significant leadership potential. Key Responsibilities: • Design, launch, and optimize viral multi-channel growth campaigns across digital channels, with a proven track record of success. • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies tailored to GenZ and millennial consumers. • Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions. • Build and grow community engagement loops that turn users into brand evangelists. • Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user journey. • Identify and build partnerships with influencers, communities, and mission-aligned brands. • Stay ahead of digital trends, creator economy shift,  social platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to our audience. • Take initiative and ownership of projects, driving them from ideation to execution with minimal oversight. • Collaborate with the founders to help build our brand voice and messaging for scale. 💸 Compensation & Commitment This is a founding team level opportunity, starting part-time and unpaid. Once you are past the trial period, you will also receive participation in the company’s shareholder structure, reflecting your long-term impact and contribution. As the company grows, this will transition to a full-time salaried position. You are the perfect fit if you: • Have experience working in DTC, marketplace and/or social/creative-driven products. • Have taken a B2C product from 0 to 1M+ users—and know what it takes to go viral. • Understand how to build and grow trust-based brands and products that stand out in noisy markets. • Live and breathe social movements, and growth engines.
