Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Associate to help shape a cohesive, insight-led strategy. This person will connect brand storytelling with data-informed decisions, driving cross-channel campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is a big thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table, stays closely attuned to the competitive landscape, and identifies opportunities to evolve our brand marketing approach.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing growth marketing initiatives across offline and emerging digital media channels. You’ll report to the Director of Growth Marketing and work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing.
This role is based in Manhattan, NY, and we have a 2 days in/3 days remote schedule.
What You’ll Do
• Support strategy, planning, and execution for growth marketing initiatives across offline and emerging digital media channels—including CTV, podcasts, and OOH—balancing performance and brand impact to drive acquisition and awareness
• Identify, test, and scale high-visibility opportunities that bridge growth and brand, growing awareness and demand while driving measurable results
• Define and track performance KPIs (such as Unique Reach, CAC, LTV, and ROAS) within media platforms (NeonPixel, Spotify, etc.) as well as internal reporting interfaces. Deliver regular reporting and insights to optimize efforts and improve ROI
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Retention, and Site teams to develop integrated campaigns that span channels and customer touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with paid search and paid social managers to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across channels
• Manage campaign calendars, creative asset needs, media plans, and timelines to ensure seamless execution across highly-visible growth initiatives
We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
• 2–4 years of experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing, ideally in a DTC eCommerce environment
• A performance mindset grounded in brand thinking; you understand how to tell a compelling story while driving results
• Keeps up to date on what’s cool and on trend in terms of marketing channels and activations - you’re in the know
• Familiarity with growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and the tools and frameworks used to measure and optimize them
• Understanding of and comfort with mature measurement frameworks including MMM and MTA
• Experience with offline marketing strategies such as CTV, Audio, and OOH, as well as a deep interest in emerging channels and new platforms
• A proven ability to think strategically and execute effectively, moving from insight to action with clarity and speed
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally as well as with external partners
