The Role
Weβre looking for a dynamic and experienced growth marketing expert to drive customer acquisition, growth, and campaigns. In this role, youβll collaborate with local teams and regional stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals. If youβre a self-motivated and innovative marketer with exceptional people management skills, weβd love to hear from you!
Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas. We're open to remote based with frequent travels to Austin, Texas.
Your Adventure Ahead
β’ Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement high-ROI strategies to drive user acquisition, growth, and retention across channels like CRM, social media, partnerships, digital marketing, content, and influencers.
β’ Drive Demand Growth: Oversee user development funnels for existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistent growth.
β’ Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data and reports to derive actionable insights, present impactful analyses, and recommend key initiatives for optimization.
β’ Report Performance: Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
β’ Manage Budgets: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure accurate ROI forecasting, and allocate investments strategically.
Essentials To Succeed
β’ Experience: 7β10 years in performance marketing strategy and team management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in eCommerce, payments, B2C marketing, social media, or start-ups.
β’ Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
β’ Problem-Solver: A structured thinker who excels at breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
β’ Data-Driven: Expertise in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, decision-making, and product development priorities.
β’ Business Acumen: Skilled in budget management, commercial decision-making, and performance reporting.
β’ Effective Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
β’ Creative Vision: A knack for innovative thinking, both in campaign development and process improvement.
β’ AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
