A brand-new British skincare brand is preparing to launch five premium cosmetic products into the market. Backed by investment and driven by a founder with a sharp business vision, we are now hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of the full marketing launch — from strategy to execution.
This is not a role for observers. This is your chance to build the brand’s entire marketing machine — and to be the person responsible for launching it with precision, energy, and results.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the sole marketing lead — building everything from the ground up. Your work will directly drive product sales, visibility, and long-term brand growth.
Your core responsibilities:
• Build and execute the multi-product launch plan across 5 cosmetic SKUs
• Set up, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
• Oversee influencer outreach + UGC creator campaigns
• Set up Instagram and TikTok content calendar + scheduling
• Create high-converting landing pages or ecommerce site
• Brief and manage content creation (photos, reels, testimonials)
• Track analytics, report weekly, and iterate based on performance
• Develop basic email flows (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, promos)
You'll work closely with the Founder, who will support day-to-day admin on days you're not present, and provide clear, quick decision-making.
🏢 Work Structure
• 3 days/week in person (Mon–Wed), based at Regus Innova Park, Enfield
• Direct reporting to the brand’s founder
• Access to a centralised marketing inbox (with shared cover on off-days)
• No team beneath you — you are the marketing function
• Budget for advertising, influencer campaigns, and content production
