We’re looking for a Senior Website Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy, optimization, and performance of our website, transforming it into our most effective digital sales rep. This role is perfect for a data-obsessed marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, UX, and storytelling. • What You’ll Do:
• Own the Website Conversion Funnel: Take full responsibility for driving conversion on our website, from visit to lead to customer.
• Analyze the User Journey: Map and continuously refine the end-to-end user experience, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve performance.
• Run A/B Tests & Experiments: Develop and execute a roadmap of data-driven experiments to optimize page layouts, messaging, calls-to-action, and user flows.
• Optimize Web Pages for Growth: Use behavioral data and performance metrics to make on-page SEO, UX, and content recommendations that improve engagement and conversion
• Monitor & Report Website Performance: Track and report on website KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc. Translate insights into clear action plans.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales to ensure a consistent and high-impact digital experience aligned with go-to-market priorities.
• Continuously Improve: Stay on top of CRO trends, digital tools, and best practices. Proactively recommend innovative solutions and technologies.

• Understanding of UX principles, SEO fundamentals, and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
