In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all of the client’s affiliate needs, collaborating closely with PR teams to ensure seamless integration of efforts. You will support the division’s senior team in developing overall client strategies and assisting with trend forecasting, competitor analysis, and publisher outreach. Additionally, you’ll pull and analyze reports to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement. Position Reports to: Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing Your Responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact for client affiliate needs • Affiliate network maintenance and management • Collaborate with PR teams to work seamlessly together • Create, write and send pitches for our affiliate clients • Communicate regularly with affiliates to secure opportunities, provide support, and address any issues • Assist the director with trend forecasting, competitor analysis, outreach and partnership development • Monitor program performance, analyze data, and identify gaps for optimization and recruitment • Prepare and present reports on affiliate performance to internal and external stakeholders About You: • Bachelor’s degree • 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing • Proficient in affiliate marketing tools (Affluent, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, etc.) • In-depth knowledge of the affiliate landscape • Naturally proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills • A people person, skilled at building and nurturing relationships, with proven experience in supportive team management • Existing strong publisher relationships and experience negotiating placements with various affiliate categories are a plus • Ability to both balance many priorities and act resourcefully, all while maintaining a positive attitude • Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement if hired.
