Position Title: Senior Manager, Amazon US – Elida Beauty Location: NJ/NY – Hybrid Reports to: Global Digital Commerce Director Job Type: Full-time Overview TIGI Bed Head, an iconic global hair care brand, is seeking a Senior Manager, Amazon US to lead and grow our Amazon business. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, action-oriented ecommerce operator with a proven track record managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts, preferably for a professional or retail hair care or beauty brand. You will own the Amazon P&L and partner cross-functionally across sales, marketing, operations, logistics, finance, and external agencies to accelerate top- and bottom-line growth. This is a hands-on role requiring operational excellence, data fluency, and mastery of Amazon 1P and 3P, with ability to navigate strategic priorities and day-to-day execution in a high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Amazon Account Ownership • Lead day-to-day Amazon operations, including catalog setup, ASIN optimization, pricing updates, promotions, and reporting. • Own the end-to-end P&L for Amazon 1P & 3P, managing revenue, trade spend, profit, and margin goals. • Monitor platform KPIs, brand health metrics, and competitive trends to inform ongoing strategy. • Lead the relationship and negotiation with Amazon Vendor Services. Assortment & Merchandising Strategy • Hybrid strategy: define the optimal balance of Vendor and Seller Central, including assortment, pricing and margin management. • Develop and execute an Amazon-specific assortment strategy, including the creation of multipacks, bundles, and promotional kits to drive AOV and margin. • Manage variation architecture (parent-child listings) to enhance discoverability, conversion, and customer experience. • Build and execute pricing and Buy Box strategies to drive competitiveness while protecting brand equity and profitability. • Test and refine new SKUs, exclusives, and pack architecture informed by Amazon analytics, customer reviews, and search trends. Financial, Logistics & Operational Execution • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting (gross/net sales, contribution margin). • Partner with demand planning and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory availability, and fulfilment readiness. • Oversee Amazon FBA shipments: reconcile inbound discrepancies, monitor FBA check-ins, and resolve shipment-related issues. • Ensure compliance with FBA prep, labelling, and packaging requirements; coordinate with 3PLs to maintain OTIF performance. • Monitor inventory health, aged stock, and FBA fees to proactively manage profitability and reduce waste. • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to listings, stranded inventory, suppressed ASINs, or account health flags. Retail Media & Advertising Integration • Oversee the Amazon advertising strategy (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP) in partnership with a cross-functional team and media agencies. • Align media investment to key search terms, business objectives, and promotional calendar. • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics. Content & Creative Development • Collaborate with creative, brand, and digital shelf teams to develop high-converting PDPs, A+ content, Brand Store pages, and assets for campaigns. • Implement keyword-rich SEO strategies and test content updates to improve conversion and organic rank. • Own the digital shelf execution including review velocity, image standards, bullet optimization, and enhanced content. Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration • Serve as primary liaison between internal teams (logistics, marketing, product, sales, finance) and external 3P agency partners. • Coordinate operational workflows including labelling, shipment documentation, inventory hand-offs, and FBA scheduling with 3PL partners. • Lead regular status meetings, post-mortems, and performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. Qualifications • 4+ years of direct experience operating a Seller/Vendor Central Amazon business; experience in 1P/Vendor Central a plus (Agency or in-house) • Proven track record managing Amazon revenue >$10M with P&L accountability. • Professional or Retail Hair care or beauty brand experience preferred. • Expertise in Amazon logistics, FBA processes, labelling, shipment planning, and operational troubleshooting. • Deep knowledge of Amazon platform mechanics: Buy Box dynamics, variation best practices, SEO, media, pricing, and catalogue health. • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; experience with tools like Helium 10, Stackline, and Pacvue Commerce. • Experience working with 3PLs and managing Amazon compliance processes (prep, labelling, OTIF, transparency, etc.). • Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $140,000- $160,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
