Make Your Impact Within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team and lead digital customer acquisition across SEM, ABM, and paid social channels including LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). In this highly analytical and hands-on role, you’ll build, manage, and optimize campaigns that directly drive business growth.
You’ll work closely with business unit leaders, analytics, and data teams to manage large-scale budgets, track and report performance, and help unlock new channels for growth. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a test-and-learn environment, enjoys working in-platform, and combines technical and marketing instincts to uncover opportunities.
We’d Love To Chat If You Have
• 8+ years of experience in SEM and paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, etc.), with measurable impact on B2B SaaS demand generation
• 3+ years of experience managing teams or direct reports
• Direct experience managing marketing budgets of $50M+
• Deep, hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization across the full funnel (impression to conversion)
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau for performance tracking and attribution
• Experience building campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, ad uploads, tagging, and go-to-market (GTM) milestone planning
• Experience analyzing campaign performance at the Campaign, Ad Group, and Keyword level
• Familiarity with SQL or automation tools for reporting and performance insights (nice to have)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field – or equivalent experience such as managing $50M+ annual marketing budgets
Preferred Qualifications
• Skilled at analyzing in-platform performance data to uncover trends and identify areas for optimization
• Able to communicate insights clearly and proactively flag performance issues or blockers
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing projects independently from start to finish
• Experience developing test plans and iterating based on performance data
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning on shared goals
• Adaptable in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities
• Works well in a team culture that values humility, curiosity, and data-driven experimentation
This hybrid role requires in-office work (Mon, Tues, Thurs) at either our San Jose, CA or Draper, UT office. Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of one of these locations or relocate by the start date. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. $150,800—$185,000 USD
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
Draper UT pay range
$128,200—$160,000 USD
