We all win together. What We’ll Need We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Digital Operations to lead our digital operations ecosystem. In this mission-critical role, you will oversee the seamless business operation of the digital ecommerce platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass managing, administering, monitoring and optimizing system performance, making you the subject matter expert for the domain and its cross-functional dependencies. As a key part of our Digital team, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, overseeing day-to-day operations of the Wingstop digital ecosystem. You will serve as a primary point of contact with a cross-functional business team for new project implementations. You will also be tasked with updating JIRA and Confluence with documentation, runbooks, stories, project details, tasks, timelines, and status updates. You will proactively communicate risks and drive remediation plans, consistently delivering on schedule with minimal self-induced rework. Basic testing and validation, coupled with ensuring customer acceptance, will be part of your core responsibilities. We expect high-quality deliverables from you and you will be measured against domain-specific KPI’s. Additionally, you will work towards advancing automation and team efficiency within the domain and propose, execute, and measure process and technology innovations. As a thought leader within your function, you will help develop and mentor team members, preparing them for future promotions. You will own communication with internal and external stakeholders, consistently beating timelines, and executing plans based on quantitative capacity. What You’ll Need • Oversee restaurant digital administration, support, menu management, digital coupon/promotion management, digital listings management, 1st Party Delivery & 3rd Party Delivery integration, and other critical aspects of Digital Operations. • Provide valuable input to e-commerce platform product teams to assist in development and ideation of innovative features and capabilities • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the seamless operation of digital channels. • Measure and report on domain specific KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. • Create and execute plans based on quantitative capacity analysis, optimizing resource allocation and project management. • Thoroughly document exhaustive Digital Operations testing and validation plans, adhering to industry standards and best practices. • Document, revise, and enhance process procedures in knowledge bases, promoting knowledge sharing and quality control in executional practices. • Lead efforts to advance automation and enhance the overall efficiency of the digital domain. • Proactively propose, execute, and measure process and technology innovations to drive continuous improvement. • Investigate, document, and address the root causes of system defects, enhancing system reliability and performance. • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Digital Operations domain and its cross-functional dependencies, fostering collaboration. • Effectively communicate risks and take ownership of remediation plans to minimize disruptions. • Develop and mentor team members, preparing them for promotions and growth within the department.
