Role description
BODi is on a mission to build the Health Esteem Category! Having just launched a new brand (from Beachbody to BODi), a new platform, and a new app where fitness and nutrition is supported by positive mindset content, BODi breaks from the fitness and diet industry and ushers in the era of Health Esteem. Health Esteem specifically rejects the legacy fitness and diet industry playbook of pursuing a healthy lifestyle based on self-criticism – a playbook Beachbody used to abide by. But after observing the uptick in mental health challenges since the pandemic and seeing that 74% of Americans remain overweight or obese today, despite the efforts of the fitness industry, BODi had to make a change. About the Role We’re looking for a data-obsessed Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to own acquisition and revenue growth for our subscription fitness business. You’ll be hands-on-keyboard in the following channels: Meta, Paid Search, PMAX. While also leading our Agency of Record on day-to-day execution. You’ll translate insights into action, build rigorous testing programs, and scale what works—fast. What You’ll Do Channel Ownership • Run, optimize, and scale Google Ads (Search + PMax), Google Merch Center and Meta campaigns end to end: audience strategy, bidding, budgets, creative/asset setup, QA, and pacing. • Manage and coach our Agency of Record: set strategy, prioritize tests, review weekly performance, enforce SLAs, and align on KPIs. Measurement & Reporting • Build and maintain daily performance reporting (pivot tables in Excel/Sheets), ensuring clean taxonomy and accurate spend/revenue/cost data. • Use multi-touch attribution (Rockerbox) as source of truth and compare against front end performance. Reconcile discrepancies vs. front end data. • Partner with Analytics to instrument events (GA4/Pixel), maintain UTMs, and ensure incrementality testing/readiness. • Send weekly insights recaps to key stakeholders Experimentation & Optimization • Design and run structured experiments across funnels (creative, bidding, audiences, landing pages, trial flows) with clear hypotheses and success metrics. • Improve core subscription metrics: CAC, CM:CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, churn, and retention. • Stand up and continuously refine PMax asset groups, feeds, signals, and audience lists to improve efficient scale. Planning & Forecasting • Build weekly/monthly forecast models and scenario plans; manage budgets to target CAC/ROAS/CPO and growth goals. • Partner cross-functionally (Product, Brand/Creative, Lifecycle/CRM, Data & Analytics) to align plans and resourcing. Creative & Messaging • Brief and prioritize creators/agency on assets for Search, PMax, and Meta; implement iterative creative testing frameworks (thumb-stop ratio, hook/offer testing, value prop ladders). • Ensure fitness/health claims are compliant and brand-safe across ad policies. And sizing follows best practice for all platforms. Process & Enablement • Document playbooks, naming conventions, QA checklists, and post-mortems to scale best practices. • Mentor junior marketers (internal/agency) on performance fundamentals. What You’ve Done (Qualifications) • 7+ years in performance/growth marketing for DTC subscriptions (fitness/health, consumer apps, or similar recurring revenue strongly preferred). • BA in related field, or equivalent experience • Proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search + PMax), Google Merch Center and Meta at multi-million annual spend with efficient scale. • Strong analytical chops in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, nested formulas) and building daily dashboards/reporting. • Practical experience with Rockerbox (or similar MTA/incrementality platforms) and GA4; comfortable reconciling different attribution views. • Track record improving CM:CAC, LTV: CAC, ROAS, CPO, trial-to-paid, retention, and payback through structured testing. • Comfortable managing an AOR: setting strategy, giving clear briefs, and holding teams accountable to outcomes. • Excellent communicator—able to turn complex data into crisp decisions and executive-ready narratives. Nice to Have • Experience with subscription mobile apps. • Familiarity with Tableau for deeper self-serve analysis. • feed management, and creative automation exposure. KPIs You’ll Own • Primary: CAC, CM:CAC, LTV:CAC, Net Subscriber Adds • Secondary: CTR, CVR, CPM, CPC, creative win rate, incremental lift (Rockerbox) Tooling • Core: Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta Ads Manager, Rockerbox, GA4, Excel/Sheets (pivots), Tableau, Slack/Jira, Monday • QA/Support: Tag Manager, Pixels/SDKs, UTM governance, feed managemen How We Work • Data-first, experiment-driven culture with fast feedback loops. • Clear hypotheses, small batch tests, and rapid iteration—celebrating wins and learnings. • 100% remote, with a distributed team that prioritizes async communication and structured collaboration.
