Identify and structure 3-5 year growth opportunities, collaborating with JD senior leaders to drive long-term strategic planning across JD’s global business portfolio, including core brands and acquired entities. 1. Explore new market opportunities in high-potential regions, and provide data-backed analytics to support JD senior leadership decision-making on initiatives to accelerate global expansion. 1. Support integration and future strategic alignment between core businesses and acquired entities. 1. Coordinate across business units to define collaboration frameworks, especially for critical scenarios like new country expansion. 1. Develop business cases for new initiatives, focusing on market opportunity, growth potential, and strategic fit, and secure internal support for execution. 1. Monitor market trends and key strategies of major competitors, delivering regular insights to inform strategic decisions. 1. Deliver strategic projects addressing critical business questions, organize and chair international business cooperation committees to ensure initiative follow-through. 1. Build and maintain dialogue with key stakeholders for JD International, including large brands, retailers, founders, investors, and consultants. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in consulting or strategic planning, with a proven track record in driving end-to-end corporate strategy projects or global expansion initiatives, and communicating results to senior leadership. 1. Has the ability to take initiative in daily material production, team deliverable management, and cross-functional project leadership. 1. Deep understanding of strategic decision-making frameworks, with experience in analyzing market opportunities and evaluating business cases by using data and metrics to draw conclusions. 1. Experience collaborating with senior leadership teams and driving alignment across diverse business units or global teams. 1. Familiarity with international markets (especially Europe, Middle East) and retail, e-commerce, and logistics ecosystems is preferred. 1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex inputs into clear and actionable strategies. 1. Experience in commercial negotiations. 1. Cross-cultural communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not required. Other European languages are an asset.
