The role requires managing and scaling a team, developing lifecycle marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention, analyzing cohort and segment performance, executing A/B testing, managing email and SMS campaigns, ensuring compliance with deliverability best practices, leveraging customer segmentation, collaborating with data teams for reporting, and staying updated on AI and martech tools. The position is remote initially but prioritizes candidates open to relocating to New York City, with relocation assistance provided.
