Responsibilities include leading campaign execution, A/B testing, and personalization efforts, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine push notification strategies and deepen app engagement. The candidate should be data-driven with expertise in platforms like Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot, and have a passion for continuous experimentation. The role requires managing and scaling a team, developing lifecycle marketing programs that drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention, analyzing cohort and segment performance, executing A/B testing, managing email and SMS campaigns, ensuring compliance with deliverability best practices, leveraging customer segmentation, collaborating with data teams for reporting, and staying updated on AI and martech tools. The position is remote initially but prioritizes candidates open to relocating to New York City, with relocation assistance provided. The role demands 6-8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, 2-3 years managing teams, deep HubSpot expertise, proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation, basic SQL knowledge, strong copywriting skills, and a highly analytical mindset.
