Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, National Accounts Sales will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts within the 3PL (third-party logistics) and e-commerce sectors. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with CPG (consumer packaged goods) brands, overseeing account performance, and driving revenue growth by leveraging Green Rabbit's expertise in small parcel fulfillment, temperature-controlled logistics, and e-commerce distribution.
Position Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted industries such as retail, e-commerce, and CPG.
β’ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
β’ Prospect, qualify, and secure new 3PL customers through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and referrals.
β’ Understand client needs for fulfillment, packaging, transportation, and value-added services.
β’ Collaborate with operations, IT, and customer service to design and implement customized solutions. Present proposals, pricing models, and service capabilities to potential clients, including Master Service Agreements.
β’ Work strategically with finance to develop rate cards for customer presentations.
β’ Negotiate contract terms with prospective customers and coordinate with PFG Legal.
β’ Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industryβs best practices.
β’ Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates for leadership.
β’ Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and refine strategies.
β’ Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree - related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Work Experience : 5 - 7 Years - customer-facing sales role
