Senior Manager, Paid Social $90,000-140,000/year Atlas Coffee Club is redefining how the world experiences coffee — from award-winning single origins to functional wellness blends. Our direct-to-consumer brand is scaling rapidly across Coffee Club, Tea Club, and Atlas+, our new wellness coffee line. We are hiring a Senior Manager of Paid Social to drive new customer growth across Meta and beyond. You’ll own the paid funnel end-to-end: managing campaigns, collaborating on creative strategy, optimizing landing pages, and turning performance insights into growth. ➡️ What You’ll Own Campaign Management Launch and manage Meta campaigns. Own budgets, bids, pacing, and creative rotation to hit CPA and payback targets. Creative Strategy Collaborate with our Performance Creative team and external teams to brief, test, and scale direct-response creative that converts. You’ll bring your own ideas and instincts to the table. Landing Page Optimization Own the full funnel from ad to checkout. Run A/B tests, improve message match, and optimize LPs with our team of agencies. Funnel Analytics & Reporting New Channel Testing Lead one new channel test per quarter. Define success, run lean pilots, and scale what works. Process & Ops Discipline Codify campaign structure, creative testing cadence, and naming conventions. Keep the engine running clean. Team & Scope Growth For the right candidate, this role is a launchpad into leading all acquisition efforts beyond paid social. You'll have the opportunity to build a team around you—including freelancers, agencies, and full-time hires. ➡️ Requirements • 4+ years of experience in paid social at a fast-scaling DTC brand or agency • Proven track record managing and scaling Meta campaigns with meaningful budgets (≥ $600K/month) • Deep understanding of direct response creative and what makes an ad convert • Strong analytical skills—comfortable in platforms like GA4 or Amplitude • Experience running or optimizing landing pages and funnel performance • Process-driven mindset with attention to detail across naming, QA, and reporting • Ability to own strategy and execution—and move fast in both • Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, high-output environment • Bonus: exposure to new channel testing, attribution modeling, or incrementality frameworks Send us an email to marketing (AT) atlascoffeeclub.com to tell us why you're the right candidate. You'll design lean pilots, define success criteria, and own early test execution. You'll have the opportunity to take the lead on attribution and measurement. That means using tools like post-purchase surveys, blended CPA tracking, and incrementality testing to make smarter decisions and avoid chasing false ROAS.
