Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager – Marketing & Pre-Order Funnel, you will own and optimize the customer journey from landing to conversion. This includes marketing tech integrations, landing pages, campaign-driven funnels, product drops, and pre-order experience related feature development. You’ll work cross-functionally with product design, marketing, AI/data science team, engineering, and data teams to build impactful experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion before cart. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Own the marketing & pre-order funnel roadmap: Define and prioritize features and experiments to drive traffic and pre-order conversions. β€’ Partner closely with growth marketing on campaign integrations, personalized landing pages, A/B tests, referral features. β€’ Drive product discovery by deeply understanding customer behavior, using insights from analytics, heatmaps, surveys, and qualitative feedback. β€’ Develop pre-order and drop experiences β€’ Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements, wireframes, user stories, and timelines. β€’ Work with data science/analytics to build and maintain dashboards, track KPIs (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV), and iterate based on performance. β€’ Evaluate and implement martech tools: email/SMS integration, attribution modeling, and product recommendation systems. β€’ Partner with CRM and performance marketing teams to improve the top-of-funnel effectiveness and increase ROI on paid and organic efforts. β€’ Champion SEO/SEM, social commerce, and content-driven landing page strategies with measurable outcomes. β€’ Own experiments and hypothesis-driven development across the pre-order and marketing journey. Qualifications: β€’ 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fashion, or e-commerce. β€’ Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion optimization, and performance marketing levers. β€’ Experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Braze, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, VWO/Optimizely. β€’ Familiarity with pre-order, drops, loyalty, waitlist, and limited-edition sales models. β€’ Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate vision clearly. β€’ Comfort working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with agile teams. β€’ Bonus: Experience with Magento, headless commerce, or marketplace models.
