About the Role
Commercial is critical to maximizing the commercial value of the Digital Guest Experience programme. This role ensures that commercial strategy is effectively executed through digital channels, that customer needs are met, and that revenue growth opportunities are fully captured. Without it, we risk misaligned priorities, delayed execution, and unrealized revenue potential.
As the Product Owner β Commercial, you will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of our digital guest experience products. This includes shaping intuitive digital touchpoints (website, mobile app, kiosks, loyalty, personalization, e-commerce) that enhance customer journeys and unlock commercial growth.
You will act as the voice of the customer and business, ensuring seamless collaboration across digital, commercial, and technical teams to deliver data-driven, innovative solutions that meet customer needs and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital guest experience products.
β’ Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
β’ Champion customer journeys using persona-based design, analytics, and feedback loops.
β’ Collaborate with UX/UI, digital, commercial, and IT teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.
β’ Drive personalization, loyalty, and omni-channel initiatives to maximize engagement and revenue.
β’ Ensure product performance aligns with commercial and operational goals.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Education: Bachelorβs Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Digital Media.
β’ Experience: 5β7 years in product ownership/management, ideally in aviation, consumer/B2C brands, or digital transformation.
β’ Certifications (preferred): CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, UX design or Digital Product Management certifications.
β’ Skills: Agile methodologies, backlog management, DXP platforms, headless CMS, omnichannel architecture, CRM, eCommerce, loyalty platforms, personalization engines, and app/web frameworks.
β’ Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate product goals at senior management level.
