We are hiring an entrepreneurial and results-driven Senior Manager of Site Merchandising and Content in our eCommerce team to drive eCommerce sales growth and enhance the customer experience for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) site. You’ll own how our collections show up digitally and bring them to life in a way that reflects our DNA: Pioneering, Inspiring, Responsible, Inclusive, Experiential, Wow, and Passion. This is more than just managing products online — it’s about curating a digital flagship that speaks to fatigue fighters, comfort seekers, recovery chasers. In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution and optimization of our eCommerce strategies, focusing on site merchandising, customer journey enhancement, and driving key performance indicators. You'll operate with significant autonomy, making data-informed decisions to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will focus on building a mobile-first social-friendly plan, leveraging data and consumer insights to inspire, educate and convert shoppers into OOFOS consumers, driving increased session frequency, engagement, and site conversion. Balancing creativity with e-commerce acumen, you will ensure our consumers are continuously engaged, shopping more frequently and excited to return. You think like a content creator and operate like a business owner. Key Responsibilities Lead with Vision & Passion • Own a holistic site merchandising strategy, with data & the customer experience at the core. • Translate product launches, campaign concepts, and culture moments into compelling merchandising strategies that drive results. • Develop and execute seasonal, limited edition and evergreen site merchandising initiatives, build out product categorization, taxonomy, and navigation hierarchy and ensure they are all working together to drive a best-in-class shopping experience. • Work cross-functionally across Growth, Marketing, Product, Creative and Finance to align strategy and execution, while also managing and developing one direct report to support content and site experience initiatives. Drive Execution Across Channels • Oversee content refreshes, launch rollouts, asset updates, and QA checks across Shopify Plus and third-party platforms. • Own the master merchandising calendar and ensure all teams are sprinting in sync with seasonal and monthly drops. • Prioritize updates that fuel sales, amplify campaign stories, and reflect product urgency. • Optimize product recommendations and upsells on PDPs and in cart to positively affect AOV. • Implement site personalization efforts based on customer segments and user group. Craft Content That Sells • Collaborate with Brand marketing to adapt creative assets into high-impact content across PDP, PLP, A+ content, and homepages. • Ensure products are sorted, tagged, and merchandised in a way that boosts discoverability and conversion. • Stay on the pulse of trends to bring fresh, creative POVs to seasonal merchandising. Optimize, Automate & Scale • Establish KPIs and develop site merchandising dashboards to build out reporting, providing top level insights to leadership team. • Evaluate customer shopping paths and understand user behavior by cohort, product performance and merchandising data to drive impact by utilizing strategic and innovative thinking. • Define and refine SOPs for content operations across all channels — with a test-and-learn mentality. • Set up, analyze and optimize heat mapping and funnels to gain insights and action on data based on user journeys and friction points. • Analyze and own site search and collection filtration to ease the shopping experience. • Conduct A/B testing to gain insights that lead to increased conversion rates. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • 6-7+ years of relevant experience in an eCommerce Merchandising role, ideally at a DTC footwear, apparel or accessory brand (high growth company a plus!). • Strong financial acumen and experience with merchandising KPI’s. • Hands on experience with the ShopifyPlus platform. • Expertise in e-commerce analytics and/or BI tools such as GA4, PowerBI, Looker, etc. and utilizing them to build executive reporting & dashboards. • Experience with building A/B testing campaigns, analyzing and executing on data learnings. • Proficient in Excel, expert in formulas, pivot tables, summarizing data. • Strong attention to detail, but able to see the forest through the trees. • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams. • Proactively share new ideas for innovation and process improvement. • Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills. • Strong leadership and coaching skills, know how to build trust, inspire action, and manage accountability.
