WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Senior Manager, Social Commerce - US to join DECIEM at our NYC Office to spearhead our e-commerce initiatives on TikTok or other Social Commerce platforms within the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth to our TikTok Shop business , developing and executing sales strategies, creating engaging content, managing paid ads, and driving profitable revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's e-commerce capabilities, trends in social commerce, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends. This is a hybrid role based two days out of our New York City Flatiron office. The NYC salary range for this position is $97,000 USD to $135,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE • Develop and implement Commercial and Media plans for the US Social Commerce function within the Global Online Pillar. • Serve as the main stakeholder for TikTok Shop, optimize and scale the digital store in collaboration with the Global Online teams • Drive the commercial, paid, creator and content strategy to maximize sales, ROI and consumer reach • Oversee store operations, content operations (live & video) and creator affiliate operations to drive creative & cohesive content programming to deliver sales targets • Create and manage the commercial & content calendar, gaining cross-functional alignment and support from internal teams • Responsible for the financial management of TikTok Shop P&L, including sales, media budget, merchandising, inventory and media traffic, in partnership with cross functional teams • Regularly analyze business performance to identify strategic and tactical optimization opportunities • Drive seamless execution cross functionally based on holistic understanding of business performance, KPIs, platform nuances, product knowledge, and competitor landscape • • Manage regular reporting of TikTok Shop performance, drive insights review to inform content and Online strategy. Proactively manage traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimizations to drive sales growth. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE • 5+ years of equivalent work experience in Online/Commerce, Social & Digital Marketing or relevant education is required • Preferred previous experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce management, preferably within the TikTok platform or other social commerce environments and live streaming and understanding in-depth product knowledge, preferably in beauty or any CPG • Demonstrate efficiency in implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels • Experience working with creators to drive sales through engaging content • Strong business acumen & P&L management WHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
