Role description
Title: Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid: MTW in-office, Th/F remote) Pay Rate: Up to $50/hour Introduction We are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join a leading organization in Orlando, FL. This role supports the Marketing Analytics & Testing team and plays a critical part in delivering actionable insights, optimizing performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, deep experience in marketing analytics, and excels at presenting data-driven strategies to stakeholders. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally in subscription-based, travel, or consumer services industries • Strong SQL proficiency for data querying and manipulation • 3+ years of digital reporting experience using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Domo • 3+ years of experience with A/B testing and personalization testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Maxymiser) • 3+ years of eCommerce analytics experience • 3+ years working with clickstream data in Google BigQuery, AWS, or Snowflake • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar CRM/CDP platforms • Experience using R, Python, or Databricks for statistical analysis (nice to have) • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs across email, paid media, direct mail, and web channels • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to lead junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Analyze digital and traditional campaign data to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities (25%) • Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign KPIs, customer segments, and channel effectiveness (15%) • Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement plans and ensure accurate tracking (10%) • Support A/B testing implementation and results analysis (15%) • Build segmentation and predictive models for personalization strategies (10%) • Present strategic findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams (10%) • Assist with marketing forecasting, budgeting, and ROI evaluation (10%) • Mentor junior team members and contribute to analytics best practices (5%) Company Benefits & Culture • Hybrid work environment with new Downtown Orlando HQ opening in December • Collaborative and data-driven team environment • Opportunities for professional development and mentorship • Emphasis on innovation, strategy, and marketing excellence 4CR3
