The Role

Key Responsibilities
β’ Project & Workflow Management
β’ Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal reviews for marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
β’ Keep marketing activities aligned, organized, and moving forward.
β’ Serve as the central point of coordination between creative, product, and marketing teams.
β’ Executive Communication & Reporting
β’ Prepare briefs, progress reports, and executive updates with professionalism and clarity.
β’ Make sure that leadership is regularly updated on the progress and priorities of the marketing efforts.
β’ Help translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
β’ Digital Marketing Coordination
β’ Collaborate closely with external digital marketing partners and agencies to ensure seamless integration and effective execution.
β’ Ensure internal readiness and alignment for digital initiatives handled by third parties.
β’ Track campaign timelines, asset needs, and post-campaign reviews.
β’ Content & Asset Coordination
β’ Support production logistics for content creation (photo, video, influencer material).

β’ Ensure consistency and quality control across all marketing materials to maintain a uniform brand image.
Qualifications
