🔑 What You’ll Do
• Lead the charge on full-funnel consumer engagement strategies—from awareness to conversion.
• Own media planning and execution across all platforms (digital, social, paid, earned, owned).
• Optimize e-commerce performance across Amazon and retailer.com through media, content, and conversion strategies.
• Partner with creative teams to craft compelling content tailored to every platform.
• Oversee our owned channels (website & social), ensuring performance and brand consistency.
• Manage and align agency partners across media, e-commerce, creative, and influencer/PR.
• Measure and optimize performance across platforms using ROAS, ROI, and real-time analytics.

• 7+ years of consumer goods experience, corporate or agency side.
• Proven expertise managing media campaigns across digital, social, and Amazon platforms.
• A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
