About Us: Lanera Cosmetics is a fast growing, 8-figure, direct to consumer brand. We sell cosmetics specifically made for mature skin. Big part of our growth comes from running ads on meta. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Media Buyer that’s responsible for managing all Meta adspend to lower customer acquisition cost and increase scale. You will manage, analyze, optimize, test & scale all paid ads for Lanera Cosmetics on Meta. Responsibilities: • Manage all adspend on Meta to lower customer acquisition cost & increase scale. • Analyze & optimize all campaigns & ads daily • Launch & test 50+ weekly ads (produced by our creative team) • Maintain stable performance day in, day out • Most importantly, spend as much as possible at or below target NCAC Requirements: • Experience managing $1M+ monthly Meta ad spend for a DTC brand • Deep understanding of Meta’s ad algorithm • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager metrics and reporting • Must be available to do daily work between 10:00 PM – 12:30 AM PST • Solid grasp of direct response marketing fundamentals • A professional who values high performance and excellence Benefits: • Competitive salary and uncapped bonus structure based on performance • Clear growth plan inside the company • Work directly with the CMO of a fast-growing 8-figure brand • Clearly defined target metrics, guidelines and KPIs. • High level of autonomy and ownership • Lanera Cosmetics will pay for all courses, books or any other resources that will improve your skills Compensation: Up to $150,000/yr To apply, please submit your resume, works of previous high performance media buying, and a brief explanation of your experience for the role.
