About the Role:
We are hiring for one of our clients, a fast-growing media agency, seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager (Retail Media) to lead retail media strategies for top CPG brands, working across Amazon and other major platforms such as Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, and Kroger Precision Marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering measurable results through hands-on campaign execution, client relationship management, and close collaboration with internal media specialists to drive integrated strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage retail media campaigns across Amazon and other platforms.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and impactful campaign strategies.
· Interpret complex data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
· Present clear and compelling updates, strategies, and results to clients and stakeholders.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on delivering outstanding satisfaction.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Leverage advanced analytics and measurement tools to optimize campaign performance.
Qualification:
5+ years’ experience in media buying, with a strong focus on retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing).
· Expertise in ad formats, targeting options, and measurement tools.
· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive measurable results.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal interactions.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency with advanced analytics and measurement tools within retail media and e-commerce
