Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven, senior office furniture sales professional to lead online customer acquisition and support our online sales staff. This role combines strategic online channel development, direct B2B sales, and hands-on support to design, quote, and fulfill customer needs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record growing online revenue, expanding new customer accounts, and enabling sales teams to win complex Sales opportunities with corporations, facilities, and design customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Travel at least twice per month to meet with existing accounts and prospective clients.
· Maintain and grow current account base by:
o Building relationships with their internal sales teams
o Supporting and training their reps on Regency products
o Identifying sales trends, strategies, and best practice
o Develop and execute the online and channel sales strategy to acquire new corporate, small-to-mid market, and design-firm customers for our office furniture line.
· Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and deploy resources that help drive account success.
· Identify and secure new distribution accounts across the country.
· Proactively grow Regency’s national footprint through strategic outreach and follow-up.
· Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to help shape product and sales strategies.

Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the office furniture industry (manufacturing or distribution) with B2B sales channel management and a proven track record of growing new and existing customers online sales.
· Proven track record of sales growth and relationship development
· Strong understanding of distribution, dealer, catalog networks
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Willingness to travel regularly and work independently
· Experience working with cross-functional teams (especially marketing and product)
· Self-starter with strong follow-through and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience selling through distribution and/or directly to commercial, education, Residential or GSA accounts
· Familiarity with BIFMA standards, GSA schedules, and dealer networks
· Travel readiness to meet clients, attend trade shows, and train staff.
