About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Paid Digital Specialist who goes beyond just launching campaigns. In this role, you’ll not only own paid media performance for your own clients but also act as a go-to resource for troubleshooting, advising, and supporting paid media efforts across the broader digital team. You’ll be expected to work independently at times and, in others, in a senior consultative capacity—collaborating on strategies, solving technical challenges, and enhancing the sophistication of paid digital programs across the agency. What You’ll Do • Lead strategy, execution, and performance management of paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta • Act as a senior-level partner to other digital team members—reviewing campaigns, recommending improvements, and solving platform-related or technical issues • Troubleshoot tracking errors, conversion misfires, and performance anomalies using tools like Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Search Console • Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and development teams to support cross-channel alignment and campaign performance • Step in to guide paid strategy on accounts led by other team members, lending your expertise in a consultative role • Develop test-and-learn frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to drive innovation and continuous improvement • Present results, insights, and opportunities to clients with confidence and strategic clarity • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and platform changes to ensure our clients remain competitive • Assist in onboarding new clients with audits, tracking setup, and strategy development • Support agency thought leadership through process enhancements, tool recommendations, or knowledge-sharing initiatives Essential Qualifications • 4+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads • Strong troubleshooting skills related to campaign tracking, tags, and performance discrepancies • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tracking tools • Able to confidently collaborate with peers and lead client conversations • Comfortable switching between independently managing campaigns and consulting on others • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (or ability to complete within 30 days) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in an agency setting with multi-client oversight • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, Asana, Databox, and/or SEMrush • Exposure to behavior analytics platforms like Hotjar • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification • B2B marketing and lead generation campaign experience You’ll Thrive in This Role If You... • Are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to fix a pixel or troubleshoot a broken form • Enjoy supporting and elevating the work of your teammates—not just managing your own accounts • Can balance detail-oriented execution with big-picture thinking • Communicate clearly and quickly—especially when navigating ambiguity or resolving client issues • Get energy from learning, testing, and making complex things easier for others
