Responsibilities
• Lead strategy for a portfolio of Sandhill’s clients, setting the vision for growth across paid channels.
• Own results: be accountable for client revenue, MER, CAC, and other efficiency targets.
• Develop and present roadmaps: compile monthly performance reports and quarterly growth strategies for clients and Sandhill’s leadership.
• Direct and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, providing oversight and guidance on ad builds to ensure flawless execution of your strategic vision.
• Review and refine optimizations — pacing, bids, creative testing, and segmentation — while maintaining a big-picture, revenue-focused view.
• Troubleshoot tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, cross-platform models) to maintain data integrity.
• Partner with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity, messaging, and performance goals.
• Lead client communication: present insights, guide strategic decisions, and build long-term relationships as the trusted advisor for paid growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Email/SMS Marketing Manager, SEO Manager, and Marketing Coordinator to develop clear, data-driven reports and translate analytics into actionable, client-friendly insights.
• Think beyond individual marketing channels: this isn’t a channel-specific role. You’ll be expected to understand and orchestrate cross-platform strategies, ensuring every channel works in concert to achieve overarching client goals.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of managing client cross-platform marketing strategy.
• 4+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• 4+ years working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Mixpanel, etc.) and attribution models.
• 3+ years managing client relationships and scaling budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in acquisition marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to own client strategy and results, not just execution.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with eCommerce clients; Shopify strongly preferred.
• Experience with B2B campaigns and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability; proven track record of turning data into growth-driving strategies.
• Experience guiding junior team members and ensuring alignment to strategy.
• Self-starter, ambitious, resourceful, collaborative.
• Relentlessly high standards paired with humility and a team-first mindset.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting data feeds is a plus, but not required.
