Overview As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead strategy, execution, and innovation across multi-channel paid campaigns for some of our most important clients. You’ll take ownership of large-scale budgets, oversee high-impact campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) and Paid Search (Google, Microsoft), and work closely with the Paid Media Director to shape the direction of our offering. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll be setting vision, managing client relationships at a senior level, and mentoring a team, while also diving into the data to ensure campaigns are delivering measurable business results. Key Responsibilities • Lead the strategy for high-value clients across Paid Social and Paid Search, ensuring campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives • Own full-funnel media planning, from awareness through conversion, with budgets ranging from $15,000 to $500,000+ per month • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback, training, and support to develop their skills and performance • Oversee execution of campaigns, ensuring industry best practices are followed and performance is continuously optimized • Analyze performance data at both granular and big-picture levels, translating insights into actionable strategies • Act as the primary client contact for paid media, leading strategy calls, presenting results, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth • Collaborate with Creative, Organic Social, and Influencer teams to deliver integrated campaigns • Lead audits and strategic recommendations for new business pitches alongside the Paid Media Director • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and industry innovations to keep our campaigns cutting-edge Requirements • 5+ years of experience in a Paid Media role. • Experience with eCommerce is required. • Have strength in both Paid Search and Paid Social. • Excited about building a career in an agency environment. • Experience building reports on visualisation tools such as Looker Studio and Funnel, and can confidently articulate insight-led learnings. • You’re an effective and confident communicator. • Line management experience, nurturing junior team members' development. • Enjoy working in both a team environment and independently. • Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast-moving industry, so you must be driven by constantly soaking up new knowledge, to be as innovative and fast-moving within your work. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
