Role description
National Positions, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Westlake Village, California is ACTIVELY looking for an account manager with 5+ years experience specializing in e-commerce and lead generation for our Paid Search Department.Β In this role you will be responsible for growing/scaling accounts, strategic innovation, and client retention/success.
We are a 100% remote team and are open to candidates based anywhere within the United States.
The Skills We Want (but not limited to)
β’ Excellent knowledge of Google Ads (campaign creation, keyword research, ad copy, extensions, bidding, budget management, etc)
β’ Knowledge of Merchant Center with setting up feeds, rules, and running Shopping/Performance Max campaigns
β’ Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certified (A Must)
β’ Excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate with clients, set expectations, and strategy.
β’ Ability to lead score and optimize towards better signals based on qualified leads, MQL, SQL, and sales. This would include lead measurement within a CRM and integration back to Google Ads for OCT.
β’ Preparation of presentations and slides for clients on account performance, recommendations, and next steps.
β’ Able to work well with clients and internal stakeholders e.g. sales, web development, C-level management.
β’ Strong time management skills (people, projects, deadlines)
β’ Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
β’ An interest in high performance and efficiency (you MUST care about the results)
β’ Working knowledge of the search landscape and platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center
β’ Working Knowledge of search and media landscape tools (Keyword Planner and competitive tools such as SEMRush, SpyFu etc.) Note

β’ Test and analyze new PPC formats and betas.
β’ Develop advertising messaging that aligns with the clientβs creative strategies and search for best practices.
β’ Communicate directly with clients on key accounts regarding strategy, performance outcomes, and next steps.
β’ Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities.
