Role description
Our CPG Wellness client is seeking a Sr. Paid Social Manager to join their team as a full-time employee. This is a fully remote position.
The Sr. Paid Social Manager will support driving growth through deep understanding of our customer and a passion for performance and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and implementation of paid social for a CPG business
• Optimize campaign structures hands on in platform, including Meta, Applovin, and Tiktok. Analyze data and take action to drive performance.
• Identify through disciplined testing opportunities to drive incremental profitable sales through campaign structure, bid strategies, ad format optimization, audience matching and creative testing
• Collaborate to improve full funnel reporting and attribution
• Work closely with creative teams to provide analysis of what is working and what is needed to scale performance
• Monitor consumer and competitive landscape for new trends; Evaluate, recommend and execute entering new performance marketing channels
• Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences. Continually optimize the right marketing channel mix, creative, and messaging
• Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
• Direct marketing briefs for the creative team, defining key messaging, goals, allocations and timelines
• Create and adhere to marketing budgets
Qualifications:
• 3+ years extensive experience in e-commerce marketing. Experience in supplement marketing is required.
• Highly analytical. Experience with Looker preferred.
• Proven experience leveraging attribution to drive optimal channel and upper/lower funnel mix
• Proven track record scaling new customer acquisition. Expertise with Meta required. Experience with other paid social platforms (Tiktok, Applovin, etc) preferred.
• Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
• A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
