The SI Partner Solutions Engineer will architect our most strategic partner relationships, enabling SIs like Accenture, Deloitte, and NTT to deliver enterprise-grade commerce transformations. You'll be the bridge between Shopify's product vision and SI delivery capabilities, ensuring our partners can win and deliver the largest, most complex commerce implementations in the market.
This is a remote role based in the UK, with regular travel to partner offices and client sites across EMEA (25-30%).

β’ Transform SIs into autonomous Shopify powerhouses by building their technical capabilities and commercial confidence
β’ Create scalable enablement programs that allow SIs to independently architect and sell enterprise solutions
β’ Ensure partners achieve meaningful ROI from their Shopify practice investment
Solution Quality and Launch Excellence
β’ Accelerate time-to-market for enterprise implementations by establishing best practices and reference architectures
β’ Guide SIs through complex technical decisions on multi-million dollar transformations
β’ Maintain solution quality standards that protect Shopify's enterprise brand promise
Collaborative Value Creation
β’ Co-create go-to-market strategies with SI leadership, identifying joint pursuit opportunities

What You'll Bring:
Enterprise Commerce Experience
β’ 7+ years in enterprise technology, with deep understanding of digital transformation projects
β’ Direct experience working with or within SIs and understanding of their delivery methodologies and governance models
β’ Track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($1M+ ACV)
β’ Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, system integration, and composable commerce
Technical Excellence
β’ Expert-level knowledge of enterprise ecommerce platforms and their ecosystems
β’ Strong API and integration architecture skills (REST, GraphQL, ESB, iPaaS)
β’ Experience with headless commerce, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks
β’ Proven ability to become a trusted technical advisor to senior architects and CTOs
Commercial Acumen
β’ Comfortable with revenue targets and partner ROI discussions
β’ Ability to articulate business value, not just technical feasibility
β’ Ability to navigate complex commercial discussions around implementation costs, timelines, and value realization
